How we build questions

A wrong answer in study material is worse than no material at all, because a student drills against it for weeks and then walks into the exam confident. Here is the process that exists to stop that.

Everything is original

Every question is written from scratch against the published TEAS 7 content outline. Nothing is copied or paraphrased from ATI, from another publisher, or from a bank someone remembered after an exam. Real exam questions are not for sale, and material built from them is stolen and usually wrong.

What we do copy is the structure: the four sections, the twelve sub-areas and the number of questions each carries. That is public, factual information about a published exam, and it is what makes our proportions match the real one.

Four gates before a question reaches you

Written to a standard. One defensible answer, four options of similar length and form, no "all of the above", no negative stems unless unavoidable, scoped to pre-nursing general education rather than clinical nursing. Every option has to be wrong for a specific, nameable reason.
A structural check. A compiler reads every file: four options, a valid key, a rationale, an explanation for each wrong option, and an answer key that is not skewed to one letter. It refuses to build if any of that is missing.
Review by a nursing educator. A nursing instructor or a verified high scorer checks the answer, the reasoning and every wrong option. Anything the reviewer is not confident about is deleted rather than softened. No question reaches the Pass Kit without this.
Statistics once it is live. Once a question has been answered a hundred times we look at how many get it right and whether strong students get it wrong more often than weak ones. Either signal pulls the question out for re-review, whatever anyone thought of it when it was written.

Report anything that looks wrong

Every question in the kit has a report link on it. It goes to a queue a human reads. If you are right, the question comes out the same day and the fix ships to everyone. That link was in the product on day one on purpose.

What is in the bank today

346 practice questions, 459 held back for the simulations, and 54 thousand words of study guide. Those numbers are read from the content build itself, so this page cannot drift from what is actually there.

We are smaller than the biggest banks on the market and we say so. A bank of 6,000 questions you work through in no particular order is not worth more than a smaller one worked in the right order, which is what the plan is for.

Who we are

A small independent team. We are not ATI and have no relationship with them. We do not run a nursing program and we cannot tell you what your program requires: that number lives on their admissions page and we say so everywhere we show a requirement.
