The guarantee
Pass Kit and Pass Kit + Coach. It is a refund policy with conditions, and we describe it as one.
Complete your plan, score 85% or better on two full-length simulations, and if you still miss your program’s required score we refund you in full and reimburse your retake fee up to $120.
What you have to do
- You completed the personalized study plan in your account.
- You scored 85% or higher on two full-length simulations inside the Pass Kit.
- You sat the exam within your access window and sent us a copy of your official score report.
- Your composite score was below the required score you recorded in your account before the exam.
What we do
Refund the full purchase price, and reimburse your retake fee up to $120 against a receipt. We pay within five working days of seeing your score report. We do not ask you to argue for it.
Your account also stays open free until your retake, with the plan rebuilt against the new date and seeded with the sub-scores from your real report.
Why there are conditions
An unconditional promise sounds better and is worth less. It has to be priced into the product, and it pays the same whether you opened the kit or not.
These conditions are the ones we can see: the plan is tracked in your account and so are your simulation scores. If you finish the plan and score 85% twice on full-length forms drawn from questions you have never drilled, you have done the work. If the exam still goes badly, that is our problem and we treat it as ours.
What this is not
It is not a promise that you will pass. Nobody can promise that, and a company that does is telling you something about itself. Your score depends on you, on the day, and on a test we do not write.
It does not cover a score that met your program's requirement but lost you a competitive place, and it does not cover a requirement you changed after the exam. The number we compare against is the one recorded in your account before you sat the test.
How to claim
Email help@nurseadmit.com with a copy of your official score report and, if you are claiming the retake fee, the receipt. We check your plan and simulation record ourselves. You have 60 days from your exam date to claim.
