These terms cover your use of NurseAdmit at http://localhost:4321. Buying anything or taking the practice test means you accept them. They are written to be read, so if something here is unclear, emailhelp@nurseadmit.com and we will answer plainly.
What we provide
Independent study material for the ATI TEAS 7 exam: practice questions, timed simulations, a study guide, printable references and a study plan generated from your own results. We are an education product. We do not administer the exam, we do not send scores to programs, and we have no relationship with ATI.

Every score we show you is an estimate produced by our own scoring model for planning your study. It is not an official score and it does not predict one. Anything we say about what a program requires is typical, not authoritative: only that program's own admissions office can tell you its requirement.
Your account
Access is personal. One account, one person. Do not share your sign-in link, and do not redistribute, resell or publish the questions, the guide or the PDFs. The material is ours, and the bank exists because people pay for it.
We can suspend an account that is sharing material or trying to scrape it. If we suspend an account for that we do not refund it.
Access windows
Purchases give access for a fixed period: 60 days for Practice Pass and 120 days for the Pass Kit and Pass Kit + Coach. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel. When a window ends the material closes but your account and your history remain.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and include no tax unless shown at checkout.
Refunds and the guarantee
The refund policy and the score guarantee are part of these terms. The guarantee is a conditional refund policy. It is not a promise that you will pass an exam, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
Coaching sessions
The Pass Kit + Coach includes two 30-minute sessions with an educator. Sessions are booked by email, expire with your access window, and can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. If we cannot provide a session inside your window we refund the difference between the Pass Kit + Coach and the Pass Kit.
Content accuracy
We review every question before it reaches you and we correct anything reported to be wrong. Even so, no bank of questions is perfect. The material is for study, it is not medical advice, and no question here tells you how to treat a patient.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and will tell you about planned work in advance. If the site is unavailable for more than 48 hours in a row we extend your access by the time you lost, on request.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything connected with this service is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for admission decisions, exam results or anything that follows from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to people who have already bought, we email them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States, and its courts.
